By installing or using Har Har Mahadev (“the app”) you agree to these terms.
Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not resell or redistribute it except as allowed by law.
Devotional and panchang content
Panchang timings, muhurat, vrat dates, and related guidance are computational estimates based on astronomical algorithms and selected city data. Regional practice (kulachar/parampara) can differ. The app is not a substitute for a qualified pandit, priest, or your family tradition. Treat timings as indicative.
Stotra and textual content may derive from public traditional sources; presentation in the app does not claim exclusive ownership of classical texts.
Voluntary support
Any “सहयोग” donation, if enabled, is voluntary, collected outside the app (for example via UPI), and unlocks no features. It is not an In-App Purchase.
Availability and changes
Features may change or be discontinued. These terms may be updated; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Liability
The app is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.
