Common questions
Audio will not play
Ensure the device is not in silent mode if applicable, and that media volume is up. The app ships a bundled recording for offline playback. Background audio requires the app’s audio session to remain allowed by the system.
Temple locator is empty or denied
Nearby search needs Location When In Use permission and a network connection to the Overpass API. If permission is denied or the network fails, use the featured temple list and open Maps from a temple card.
Reminders did not appear
Turn on the reminder options in settings and allow notifications for the app in system Settings.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the app to clear local favourites, japa stats, and settings. See the privacy policy.
